Il est réservé aux primo-accédants (ou assimilés) et soumis à conditions de ressources.

🆕 Quelles sont les nouveautés du PTZ 2025 ?

Depuis 2024, et surtout avec la réforme 2025 :

  • Le PTZ peut financer jusqu’à 50 % du coût de l’opération (au lieu de 40 % auparavant)
  • Les plafonds de revenus ont été relevés, notamment en zones B1 (comme La Réunion)
  • L’éligibilité est recentrée sur les logements neufs collectifs, les logements sociaux et l’accession en bail réel solidaire (BRS)

✅ Le PTZ est toujours cumulable avec un prêt bancaire classique, un prêt action logement ou des aides locales.

📍 À La Réunion : une opportunité renforcée

La Réunion est classée en zone B1, ce qui permet :

  • Un plafond de revenus plus élevé pour bénéficier du PTZ
  • Des montants de prêt maximaux attractifs : jusqu’à 100 000 € selon la composition du foyer
